The following officers have been nominated as CPIO and Appellate Authority at the DGNCC and State Directorates by the Ministry of Defence (MoD ID No 343/D (GS-IV) 2009 dated 29 Apr 09):-

• Appellate Authority – Addl Director General (A).
• Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) – DDG (P&C) at HQ DG NCC.
• DDG of each State Dte. Commandant OTA, Kamptee.
• Commandant OTA, Gwalior.
• Asst PIOs – All Group Cdrs of states.
• Dy Comdts of OTA.
